Together with the event venue Rotterdam Ahoy we will open Studio Ahoy. The studio gives companies the opportunity to organize virtual events and hybrid live events. Our collaboration ensures an evolution within the events sector.
From talk shows to e-learning
The impact of the coronavirus is enormous. Due to the current restrictions, organizations are looking for a full-fledged alternative to reach their target audience. With this studio we combine the best of the off- and online world. In the studio virtual events are possible, during which the audience completely participates from home. We also offer hybrid variants, with audiences both in the studio and remotely.
Our CEO Marthijn Pieters explains: “The virtual events guarantee a lot of interaction, thanks to functionalities such as the chat, poll questions and surveys. This facilitates a wide range of formats, from talk shows and e-learning to product presentations”. In addition, the broadcasts offer data at user level, so that organizations gain better insight into their target audience.

The studio is fully adapted to the latest RIVM and government guidelines. This means, among other things, online registration for live visitors, clear routing, various hygienic facilities and fixed seats.
